What kinds of intuitive sessions does Tip offer?
No. Tip is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical provider. She holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Cal State Fullerton and has training in NLP, hypnosis, and master-level Reiki. Her work is intended for personal, spiritual, and educational growth. For clinical mental health or medical concerns, she recommends working with a licensed professional alongside her work — not instead of it.

MEDITATION, NERVOUS SYSTEM, AND MINDSET
It depends on what you need. Sessions can take two forms: life coaching or intuitive sessions. Life coaching sessions focus on strategy, mental reframing, or working through a specific challenge — if you need to get unstuck, make a decision, or build a plan. Intuitive sessions are conducted over phone or Zoom and go deeper energetically. You don't need to know which one you want — if you're unsure, a life coaching session with an intuitive clarity read is the best starting point for most people.
Think of intuitive and energy reads like reading a book written in another language. Everyone has the ability — some people are just more fluent at reading and understanding that language than others. Tip is highly fluent. In an intuitive session, she tunes into your energy field to access information, clarity, and insight that isn't always accessible through logic alone. Sessions are done over phone or Zoom — location doesn't matter energetically.
Tip offers several types of intuitive work: Clarity reads help you gain direction and identify next steps when you feel stuck or unclear. Third eye activation helps you tap into and strengthen your own intuitive and spiritual abilities — Tip acts as an amplifier of what's already within you. Intuitive body scans are her personal favorite — she goes inside your body energetically, identifies what's happening, and performs Reiki healing simultaneously. Energetic trauma scans locate stored past energies in the body that may be manifesting as physical pain, tension, or unexplained symptoms, and Reiki is applied to begin releasing them.
Yes. This is one of Tip's most unique offerings and one that holds deep personal meaning for her — her own daughter has cerebral palsy and is nonverbal. Tip can intuitively read nonverbal and autistic children and adults, helping parents and caregivers better understand their child's needs, experiences, and inner world. These sessions are done remotely and do not require the child to be present on a call.
No — and this is intentional. The future is always shifting based on choices, energy, and circumstance. Tip's intuitive work focuses on clarity, alignment, and next steps — not fixed predictions. If you're looking for someone to tell you what will happen, this isn't the right fit. If you want to understand what's happening now and what your next aligned move is, that's exactly what she does.
I don't know what kind of session to book. Where do I start?
Start with a life coaching session that includes an intuitive clarity read. This is the best entry point for most people — especially if you've never done this kind of work before, don't know what questions to ask, or aren't sure what you need. It covers both the practical and the energetic, and Tip will help you figure out where to go from there.
Nervous system regulation is the process of bringing your body out of chronic stress states — fight, flight, or freeze — and back into a calm, functional baseline. When your nervous system is dysregulated, it affects everything: sleep, focus, emotional reactivity, physical health, decision-making, and relationships. Regulation doesn't mean eliminating stress. It means your body learns to move through stress without getting stuck in it. Tip teaches somatic practices, breathwork, and meditation as primary tools for this.

Apps offer general guided relaxation. Tip's meditation work is targeted and intentional — designed to address specific patterns like overthinking, emotional dysregulation, limiting beliefs, and physical tension held in the body. She combines meditation with somatic work, affirmation reprogramming, and energy healing to create a fuller reset. Her live events also include Reiki healing performed during meditation, which is something no app can replicate.
What is the TEPS Method?
The TEPS Method is a framework Tip developed for lasting personal transformation. It addresses four interconnected layers: Thoughts (master the mind, quiet overthinking, shift limiting patterns), Emotions (regulate your state, manage stress and anxiety, respond instead of react), Physical (support the body, regulate the nervous system, optimize energy), and Spiritual (trust your intuition, connect to inner guidance, make aligned decisions). Most approaches target one layer. TEPS works all four — because everything is connected.
What is the Recharge and Refocus event?
Recharge and Refocus is Tip's signature live wellness experience held in Orange County, California. Attendees receive a combination of mindset teaching, guided meditation, somatic breathwork, and live Reiki healing — all in one session. It is designed for people who feel burned out, mentally foggy, emotionally heavy, or simply ready for a deep reset. Most of the experience is done lying down. No prior meditation experience is required.

I've never done anything like this before. Is that okay?
Can I work with Tip if I'm not in California?
Ask Tip Live is a monthly virtual experience where Tip answers audience-submitted questions on mindset, emotional overwhelm, nervous system regulation, intuition, relationships, purpose, and personal growth. It runs once a month and is open to anyone looking for direct guidance without booking a private session.

This work requires an open mind and a genuine willingness to shift. If you are not open to looking inward, resistant to change, or have worked with multiple coaches and intuitives and found that the answers still didn't land — it's worth examining whether the block is external or internal. What is Ask Tip Live?

Somatic breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to access and release stored tension, emotion, and trauma held in the body. Unlike talk therapy, it works directly through the body — bypassing the analytical mind to reach deeper layers of the nervous system. Tip incorporates somatic breathwork into her live events and coaching work as a tool for rapid nervous system reset.
